Waratahs coach Michael Cheika is to appear before a SANZAR judiciary hearing over his confrontation with a cameraman in Durban.
Waratahs coach Michael Cheika is to appear before a SANZAR judiciary hearing over his alleged sideline confrontation with a television cameraman in South Africa.
Super Rugby's governing body has confirmed that it has completed an investigation into the incident during the clash between the Sharks and Waratahs at Kings Park Stadium on March 29 and is sending the findings to a hearing.
The case will be heard by SANZAR judicial officer Nigel Hampton QC via teleconference on Wednesday.
SANZAR said it would make no further comment until the process was completed.
South African television broadcaster Supersport lodged a complaint about Cheika about a verbal confrontation with a cameraman.
It's understood the cameraman was filming during the game Cheika after he'd left the coach's box in Durban to go down to the sideline.
