Toulon tighthead prop Martin Castrogiovanni has reportedly rejected a contract extension with the club beyond this season.
The long-term Italian international, who spent seven seasons with Leicester Tigers in the Premiership, is set to move on at the end of the current campaign according to Midi Olympique.
Now 33, Castrogiovanni has shown that he is still a very useful player with clubs both in France and Italy eyeing up his signature.
Toulouse and big-spending Pau are understood to be interested in securing his services, along with Zebre and Treviso.
Castrogiovanni has won 110 caps for Italy since making his Test debut in 2002.
