Brumbies name touring squad

Brumbies head coach Stephen Larkham has announced a 27-man squad for their trip to tour to South Africa and Argentina.

Wallabies prop Scott Sio looks set to miss at least another fortnight with a knee injury after he was left out of the squad.

Sio twisted the joint against the Hurricanes but has been unable to shake off the issue in recent weeks, with no set timeline on his return.

The 25-year-old is missing from the Brumbies' squad for the next two games against the Kings and Jaguares.

Young winger James Dargaville is another notable absentee, as the team prepares for the round-the-world venture.

The Brumbies take on the Kings in Port Elizabeth on Saturday before heading to Buenos Aires where they face the Jaguares on Saturday, May 27.
