Brown out of Dublin clash

England full-back Mike Brown has been ruled out of Sunday's away clash with Ireland after not passing stage 3 of the return to play protocol.

Brown, who had been a doubt after being stretchered off in their Round Two game against Italy, is set to be replaced in the starting XV by Alex Goode.

Last year's Six Nations player of the championship must now watch the Aviva Stadium showdown, with wing Anthony Watson likely to be full-back cover.
