Argentina centre Marcelo Bosch believes he will be privileged to face All Blacks duo Conrad Smith and Ma'a Nonu in Friday's Rugby Championship opener in Christchurch.
Bosch, who has played in 33 Tests for los Pumas, expects a tough assignment if, as expected, Smith and Nonu return to the world champions' midfield.
"It's good to play against the best teams and players in the world," he told Fairfax Media.
"I take it as a privilege or motivation for me, to face the best ones. I will try to enjoy it as much as I can."
Bosch said New Zealand have plenty of midfield options available to them and also sang the praises of Chiefs midfielder Sonny Bill Williams.
"Each of them has different characteristics, and as a player, it makes me think about my approach when I face them," said the Saracens stalwart.
"But every player has good skills, good defence and good attack. It doesn't matter [who the All Blacks field]."
Bosch also singled out Highlanders full-back Ben Smith's for special praise and expects him to test Argentina on defence.
"He really surprised me last season," he said.
"He had an incredible season in the Rugby Championship and Super Rugby. He's a very gifted player, [with] lots of speed."
