Stade Français full-back Hugo Bonneval will undergo a new operation on his knee as he recovers from an ACL tear.
The French international tore his ACL last June while playing for les Bleus against the Wallabies, and was hoping to make a return to action this month.
However he will instead undergo an arthroscopy on the injury and faces another stint on the sidelines.
It's a cruel blow for the young full-back, who made his French debut in 2014. He now seems certain to miss the 2015 World Cup, with Philippe Saint-André due to name his 36-man provisional squad in mid-May.
