Springbok coach Allister Coetzee says that he doesn't have to give his team much motivation going in to the last Test of the series against Ireland.
South Africa and Ireland have one win each going into the next game which will be the series decider. The Springbok boss believes just being in the international set-up should provide enough impetus to his charges to bring their best game.
"It’s how much you want it. How much we wanted it as a team is the theme for this weekend," Coetzee said.
"At this level you don’t have to look for any external motivation. You represent the Springboks and you make sure that you switch on and turn up."
"You’re capable of putting it together, you do the basics well and hold onto the ball when you’re in their area. We execute our kicking game. We work for each other as a team and it sounds simple, but that’s what I’m looking for."
Coetzee went onto say that this game will be another testing affair but that his players have the qualities to pull through.
"This Test is going to be right down in the trenches again and we have to be able to slog it out and when there are opportunities in open play I think we have the pace and the skill," Coetzee said.
