Pat Lambie is set to make his return to action after being passed fit following a neck injury that had sidelined him.
The Springbok playmaker has been out for three months with the problem, missing the second half of the Super Rugby season as a result.
However after seeing a doctor this week, he has been declared fit and is expected to be named in South Africa's training squad which is named on Saturday.
The 24-year-old, who can play fly-half and full-back, made his Springbok debut back in 2010 and has been a regular in the squad in recent seasons.
