The Blues have several players bracketed in their line-up that will take on the Stormers on Saturday, but will be without the injured George Moala.

Moala has flown home due to a knee injury after he was a late withdrawal from the side that lost to the Chiefs in Round One. His jersey will be worn by either Tevita Li or Lolagi Visinia, with All Black Charles Piutau starting at full-back.

Fellow internationals Charlie Faumuina and Patrick Tuipulotu are bracketed in the starting XV alongside Angus Ta'avao and Hayden Triggs respectively, with calls on those positions and the openside flank being made later in the week.

Jerome Kaino continues to skipper from eight while Steven Luatua dons six.
