Argentina have suffered two late withdrawals to their starting XV ahead of facing South Africa in Buenos Aires.
Marcos Ayerza and Juan Martín Hernández have both dropped out and been replaced by Lucas Noguera and Juan Pablo Socino.
The Leicester prop has failed to recover from a hamstring issue while Hernández is suffering from gastroenteritis.
Santiago García Botta and Santiago González Iglesias take the places of Noguera and Socino on the bench as Argentina look to make it back-to-back wins over the Springboks following last week's victory in Durban.
