Connacht are likely to be without influential centre Bundee Aki for their crucial Challenge Cup fixture against Exeter at the Sportsground.
The former Chiefs midfield man suffered an ankle injury in the 76th minute of their narrow loss to Edinburgh in the Guinness PRO12 over the weekend.
“The 24-year-old New Zealander is scheduled to undergo an MRI for further investigation today (Monday) of which the results will be communicated later in the week,” read a statement from Connacht.
“In better news, versatile back Craig Ronaldson has completed the return-to-play protocols for concussion and has been cleared for full training. After missing out against Edinburgh, the 24-year-old is expected to be available for selection this week.”
