Ireland wing Tommy Bowe looks set to be ruled out for the rest of the British and Irish Lions tour after suffering a hand injury in the win over the Reds.
The in-form winger was expected to start in the opening fixture against Australia, but a broken hand seems to have scuppered his hopes.
"We probably will bring someone out," said boss Warren Gatland when explaining the situation.
"It's huge because Tommy brings experience and the ability to play left wing, right wing, centre and full-back. It's a huge loss for us."
The news follows confirmation that injured props Cian Healy and Gethin Jenkins are going home.
