British and Irish Lions coach Warren Gatland took charge of Tuesday morning's training session at Top 14 club Stade Franšais.

The former All Black directed a training session focused on rucks and specifically the correct body positions for clearing out rucks and retaining and winning ball possession.

The Parisian club, who are languishing in tenth place in the Top 14, are coached by former England, Stade Franšais and Biarritz loose forward Richard Pool-Jones, who took over from Michael Cheika last year.

Gatland has temporarily stepped away from his role of Head coach of Wales for the Six Nations, during which Rob Howley is leading the Welsh team.
