Tricampeón: Pumas star Federico Serra sealed the deal with a late conversion

A last-gasp conversion handed Buenos Aires a third successive Campeonato Argentino title with a tense 10-9 defeat of Tucumán in Tucumán on Saturday.

Agustín Costa Repetto scored a last-minute try with Federico Serra adding the extras in front of 10,000 fans to secure a 34th national title for the Eagles.

Diego Mas scored three penalties for Tucumán, who have now been defeated in the last three finals by Buenos Aires.

Elsewhere, Mar del Plata were relegated to the second division after a 25-6 loss to Salta.
