Marathon Hearing: Tialata hoping to face Blues

The high-flying Hurricanes are awaiting news on whether prop Neemia Tialata will be available for their Super 14 clash with the Blues on Friday.

All Black Tialata appeared before Sanzar judicial officer Chris Morris in Wellington on Sunday following a dangerous tackle in the game against Western Force.

However, the marathon four-hour hearing - due to extensive evidence - resulted in the decision being deferred until Monday.

The competition remains wide out going into the final round of fixtures this weekend with six teams, including the Hurricanes and the Blues, scrapping it out for the three remaining play-off spots.
